Remove negative thoughts and replace them with positive thoughts and behaviors

suicide-prevention

Cognitive Behavioural techniques will be used to teach clients the skills necessary to change negative thoughts into positive ones, and what to do when they have suicidal ideations. A safety plan will be created and the importance of having a strong support system with be encouraged for each suicidal client. By working together, we will not only help the client to find a reason to want to live, but we will guide them to create a life that they enjoy and a person they love.
